Special Projects in our Community

The Selbyville Community Club, along with the other GFWC Clubs in Delaware, are once again supporting the GFWC International Day of Service to help end domestic and sexual violence across the United States and internationally. This year on Saturday, September 26, 2026. The GFWC-DE Clubs are collecting items and creating bags to donate to the state of Delaware’s Division of Children, Youth and Families. The bags will be distributed to children being placed in foster care or other temporary placement if they have been removed from their homes. Quite often, these children arrive at court or other state agencies with nothing. The bags will be delivered on September 26, 2026. 

In prior years our Club has collected food and donated to local food pantries.
